1. The service
videosi turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos and images. videosi is an independent tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or the owners of any trend named on the site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
3. Photos you may upload
You must own or have permission to use every photo and reference you upload. Do not upload another person’s image without their informed permission.
4. Plans and payment
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
5. Your videos
You keep the rights you have in the source media and receive the rights granted by these terms in the result. You are responsible for how you use, edit, publish and label AI-generated content.
6. Copyright and takedown
Names of trends, songs, artists and brands belong to their owners and are used descriptively. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@videosi.lol.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use videosi to create illegal, abusive, sexual, hateful or deceptive content or to impersonate another person. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
8. AI results
AI results vary. Exact likeness, motion, background detail and timing are not guaranteed. Review every result before publishing.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change or pause features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, videosi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
