Failed generations
If a generation fails or is blocked by a content check, any charged credits should be returned automatically where the generation backend supports it.
Subscription payments
Subscription payments are generally final once access is granted. Cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
Used credits
Credits attached to a completed render are considered used. AI output can vary and is not a basis for a refund by itself.
Plans
Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
Double charges and problems
Email support@videosi.lol with the account email, date and Stripe receipt if you believe a charge is wrong.
